Voluntarily retired (2011) Associate Professor, WALMI, Aurangabad. Area of interest - Water Management, Governance & Regulation. Contribution in State Level Committees / Study Groups regarding Irrigation Acts in Maharashtra. Former Expert Member, Marathwada (Statutary) Development Board. Presently working as a Member of Committee on “Integrated State Water Plan”. Writes on water related issues. Participates in panel discussions on TV channels. Filed two PILs regarding implementation of Irrigation Acts. Active on social media. Books published: Sinchan nondi (1992) , Vidhilikhit (2014).
